PRESS RELEASE - DISMISSAL OF BXC INJUNCTION APPLICATION

The Management of the Millennium Development Authority (MiDA) wishes to confirm that the Application for Interlocutory Injunction filed by the Applicants in the case of BXC Company (Ghana) Ltd and 2 others v. MiDA in respect of the ECG PSP Activity, was dismissed by the High Court in Accra today June 8 2018.

The substantive matter is to take its normal course.

MiDA continues to rely on the goodwill of all Ghanaians in implementing every aspect of the US$535 million Power Compact.
