Carmen Bruce-Annan
Carmen Bruce-Annan is a strategy, communications and transformation leader with over 20 years’ experience advising senior leaders, institutions and organisations across Ghana and the UK.
Her career spans corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, reputation management, organisational transformation and strategy execution across sectors including energy, telecoms, healthcare, international development and social impact.
At MiDA, Carmen supports strategic planning, business development, stakeholder alignment and executive communications. Her work focuses on translating national ambition into clear strategic priorities, structured delivery plans, credible partnerships and measurable outcomes.
She brings senior-level experience from organisations including T-Mobile, Zain, Vodafone, and GNPC, where she led major communications, brand, stakeholder and change initiatives. She has also contributed to MiDA’s strategic repositioning, stakeholder engagement and institutional strengthening work.
Carmen holds a degree in Public Relations and an MBA in Business Administration. She combines strategic judgement, strong writing, political awareness and delivery discipline to support leaders and institutions through complex periods of change.
