Mr. Kwame Twum-Adabor is a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning specialist with over 15 years of experience leading performance measurement and learning systems across Ghana and Africa. He holds a Master of Science in Social Policy and Planning from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), UK, and a Bachelor of Science in Development Planning from KNUST, Ghana.
He joined MiDA in April 2026,  following senior roles with TAG International, SoCha LLC, MEDA, URC, the Food Research Institute, and World Vision Ghana. Mr. Twum-Adabor has managed monitoring and evaluation assignments for programmes funded by USAID, FCDO, Global Affairs Canada, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and the European Union. His expertise spans agriculture, education, health, governance, and economic development, with a strong focus on accountability, organizational learning, and adaptive management
